At Lonvest, we prioritize the security and integrity of our investment platform. To ensure that all investors are properly verified, we accept the following documents for identity verification:
-
Government-Issued Identification:
A valid passport, national ID card, or driver’s license is required. These documents must include your full name, photo, date of birth, and an expiration date. -
Proof of Address:
In addition to your government-issued ID, you may be asked to provide a recent utility bill, bank statement, or any official document that clearly displays your name and residential address. The document should be dated within the last 3 months. -
Additional Documentation:
In some cases, for corporate accounts or depending on regulatory requirements, additional documents may be requested. These can include business registration documents or other legal papers to confirm the identity and status of the entity.
Please note that Lonvest does not conduct the identity verification process directly. We utilize a third-party verification service, SumSub, to handle the acceptance and verification of your documents. If SumSub does not approve your verification, there is nothing further we can do to influence the outcome.
All submitted documents are securely processed by SumSub and used solely for the purpose of verifying your identity in compliance with our regulatory obligations. If you have any questions about the verification process or need further assistance, please contact our support team.
