2. Eligibility Conditions

1. Minimum Investment Duration:
   
   

• The New User’s investment must remain active for at least 30 calendar days from the date of their initial deposit for the cashback to be granted.
  
  

• If the New User withdraws their funds or closes their investment before 30 days, neither party will receive the cashback.
  
  

2. Cashback Calculation:
   
   

• The cashback is calculated at a rate of 1% of the total funds deposited from an external source and subsequently invested by the New User during the first 30 days of their registration.
  
  

• If the New User invests less than the total amount deposited, the cashback will only apply to the portion actually invested.
  
  

3. Cashback Limit:
   
   

• The maximum cashback amount is capped at €1,000, which applies to both the User (referrer) and the New User.

3. Prohibited Practices:
   
   

• Reinvested funds do not qualify for cashback. Only the initial deposit from an external source and its first investment count toward the cashback calculation.
  
  

3. Cashback Payout
