How to deposit EUR

To get started, you need to successfully finish your KYC Verification process: You must complete the KYC verification process before you can deposit or withdraw funds. Please read the KYC Verification Guide on our platform for more information on this process.

Note: You will not be able to use the Lonvest if you have not completed KYC verification. 

To Deposit:

1. Log in to your Lonvest account and navigate to the Deposit section.

2. Use the payment details indicated on the page

  • Please note that processing times can take up to 3 business days, depending on your bank and any national holidays. Once your deposit has been successfully added to your account, you'll receive an email confirmation and can start investing right away.

  • SEPA Instant is a fast fund transfer service that allows you to receive money in just a few hours if your bank supports it. Normal SEPA transfers take longer than SEPA Instant, usually 1-3 business days. If you're transferring funds from outside the EEA, it may take longer, depending on your bank's policies.

  • To comply with our KYC policies, we only accept deposits from bank accounts that are registered in the same name as your Lonvest investor account.

  • Third-party payment services may require additional proof of payment to ensure that your transfer can be matched to your Lonvest account.

  • When you make your first deposit, the bank account you use will become your default account for all subsequent deposits. Additionally, you can only withdraw funds to the same bank account that you used for your initial deposit.
